Rivermont Amenities Overview

Clubhouse

The Colony Clubhouse is used for Rivermont Community meetings and events and is available for rental to residents and their guests. The facility features a comfortable seating area with a large screen TV for videos, movies, or games; a fully-equipped kitchen, wet bar, folding tables and chairs, and a dance floor area.

Pool

The pool is located in a private, wooded area behind the Colony Clubhouse. The facility includes  an outdoor shower, and restrooms on the pool level of the clubhouse. The pool deck is furnished with deck chairs and tables. The covered patio area has tables and chairs for picnicking, as well as a large gas grill for cookouts.

Tennis Courts

Two tennis courts are available for Rivermont residents to use in The Colony.

Rivermont Golf Club

Rivermont Golf Club is family owned and operated since 1973, situated in the heart of Rivermont. Many of our residents are members. To its members, Rivermont is a home away from home… a place to relax, socialize and enjoy the club’s many amenities.

Rivermont Park on the Chattahoochee River

Rivermont Park on the Chattahoochee River is a unique and beautiful feature of Rivermont. Located on Barnwell Road, this private twenty-seven acre site is right on the Chattahoochee River and is protected as park land by the Georgia Land Trust. Facilities include picnic tables, grills, pavilion, and a playground. Walking trails connect with the National Park trail system to Jones Bridge Recreation Area. The river can be accessed from the park for fishing or paddling.
